Carrie Cocchi Background

Carrie Cocchi never thought about entering a fitness or figure competition – that is until her trainer at the time urged her to enter an upcoming show – with four days notice.  She took the challenge, ended up placing second and after that she was hooked.

Since 2004, Carrie has won or placed in the top of her class in competitions held throughout the U.S.  She earned her Pro Figure card in 2009 when she won the WNBF West Coast Masters Figure competition and over the years has become a well-respected and admired competitor in the field of Figure and Fitness. Most recently, Carrie traveled to Singapore to compete at the international level where she won the title of Masters Figure International Champion 2018. 

A mother of two, Carrie started her personal training career when her kids were old enough to go to school. Since then, her main focus has been on helping her clients meet their personal goals, from weight loss and rehabilitation to training and competition preparation. 

Carrie believes in balance and works with clients to help them gain balance in their lives, through nutrition, exercise and training.
